When you download and launch the App, the system may collect necessary operational data, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app paths, session duration, and approximate region. These data are used for: 1. Node recommendations based on AHAspeed VPN route availability; 2. Performance optimization through anonymized aggregate diagnostics; 3. Service communication such as account notices, security alerts, or important product updates sent to your registered email or username. Sensitive data use is limited by this policy.

We transmit only necessary aggregated or anonymized data to third-party partners such as Google Play Services and Firebase for crash analysis, diagnostics, and feature improvement. We do not share personally identifiable information except when: 1. Required by legal process or regulation; 2. Necessary to protect users or investigate fraud; 3. Working with service providers bound by confidentiality obligations. To stop new data collection, uninstall the App through your device's standard process.

User-provided data is retained during the service period and a reasonable grace period afterward.
