Terms of Service

This agreement is a legal contract between you and AHAspeed VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the downloading, installation, and use of the mobile accelerator application (the 'App').

By downloading or using the App, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code from, translate, or create derivative versions of the App or associated trademarks without authorization. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or fees and will notify users where appropriate. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking or rooting a device may weaken system security and affect App operation.

This Service integrates necessary third-party services such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. Your use of the App may also be subject to those partners’ respective terms.

Service limitations: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible if service is unavailable because of unpaid device service, data caps, weak signal, carrier restrictions, or other local network conditions. Mobile data and roaming fees may be charged by your carrier. Before using the App, confirm you have permission from the bill payer and a suitable data plan.

Users are responsible for their own use of the App. For example, inability to access service because a device battery is depleted is outside our compensation scope. Although we work to provide accurate route and node information, some data may come from third-party partners, and we are not legally responsible for direct or indirect losses arising from such data. The App may release updates for compatibility and security, and you agree to install updates when necessary. The Service Provider may terminate App services when required; after termination, your license ends and you must stop using and delete the App.

Technical Issues: if a technical issue affects normal use, we will work to resolve it or provide a reasonable alternative, but a technical issue does not automatically create a refund entitlement.

Unauthorized Use: No refunds will be provided if software license keys or digital product access are found to have been shared, resold, or used without authorization.

Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
